Join us at Asbury Church for one of three Easter services in the Sanctuary on Sunday, April 20.

Our Sunrise Service begins in candlelight at 6:30 AM, followed by our 9:00 AM service with the Asbury Choir & Orchestra and then the 11:00 AM service with the Asbury Worship Band.

Experience the joy of Easter with fun for the whole family! We’ll have photo opportunities for family pictures, crafts, and a petting zoo for the kids. Plus, tons of tasty treats before and after the services.

Service Times

Sunrise Candlelight Service | 6:30 AM

Our sunrise service begins in candlelight at 6:30 AM in the Asbury Sanctuary and is musically connected to our Good Friday service. We begin where Good Friday ended with Choir & Orchestra.

Coffee and treats will be available after the service. Celebrate our risen Lord with the rising sun—the perfect way for you and your family to start your Easter Sunday!

Choir & Orchestra Service | 9:00 AM

This traditional service is filled with beautiful music from our choir, worship leaders, and a full orchestra as well as an inspiring sermon from our Senior Pastor Andrew Forrest.

Before and after each service, we will have Easter treats, photo opportunities, family crafts, a petting zoo, and more!

Worship Band Service | 11:00 AM

Join us for a powerful Easter worship experience led by our worship band. This service will feature modern worship music and an inspiring message from our Senior Pastor Andrew Forrest.

Before and after each service, we will have Easter treats, photo opportunities, family crafts, a petting zoo, and more!

Join us for Holy Week

April 13 – April 20

Holy Week is the week leading up to Easter Sunday. It begins with Palm Sunday, which celebrates Jesus's entry into Jerusalem, and culminates in Easter Sunday, the day of His Resurrection.

Sun, April 13

8 AM | Chapel
9 AM | Sanctuary with Choir & Orchestra
11 AM | Sanctuary with Worship Band

Palm Sunday marks the beginning of Holy Week.
It commemorates Jesus's triumphant entry into Jerusalem.

April 16 – 18

April 16 & 17 | NOON – 8 PM | Chapel
April 18, NOON – 6 PM | Chapel

Stations of the Cross is an immersive and interactive experience that allows you to walk the path Jesus did on the way to crucifixion.

This is a come and go, self-paced experience, allowing you to dwell on each moment as you need.

Fri, April 18

7 PM | Sanctuary

Before the Resurrection there is the Crucifixion. Cross comes before crown. Led by the Asbury Choir & Orchestra, we will follow the final moments of Jesus’s Crucifixion. It is a heavy service, but it’s important. 

Childcare available for 6 wks. – 4 yrs.

FAQs

  • You can expect friendly people, beautiful worship music, and an inspiring message from our Senior Pastor Andrew Forrest.

  • Each service lasts just over one hour.

  • For our 6:30 AM Sunrise Service, childcare will not be available.

    For our 9 & 11 AM services, children 6 weeks to 4 years old may attend our Early Childhood Classes during the services. Childcare opens at 8:30 AM.

  • Wear what makes you comfortable. Whether you stay casual in jeans and a t-shirt or arrive in your best Sunday Easter bonnet—we are happy to have you!

  • Sanctuary doors will open 30 minutes prior to each service time.

    We suggest arriving 30 minutes before your chosen service so you can enjoy coffee, refreshments, and the special activities we have planned before heading in to grab your seat!

  • We will have photo opportunities, Easter crafts, and a petting zoo for the kids and, of course, lots of tasty treats before and after the services.
